Planning Services
At Sweet Sights Weddings, we love LOVE & strive to provide our couples with a flawless destination wedding experience. We start by having a complimentary consultation with each couple to ensure we understand your wants & needs for your special events.
Our basic package includes research & recommendations of countries, locations & venues that best suit your budget & vision. We help you dissect the wedding package information to ensure you understanding what's included or excluded from each package. We'll walk you through the process to understand what concessions you earn for your group as well!
We'll assist you & all of your guests to book their travel arrangements to arrive in time for your events.
In addition to our basic services, we also provide more hands on services for our clients as well.
Package Two - includes our basic services as well as hands-on assistance coordinating your wedding with the resort coordinator. We'll help you choose your theme, pick all of the elements from the resort options, assist with documentation requirements for the events & arrange any external vendors required for the day.
Package Three - Day of Coordination - includes our first two packages as well as my services on site for 3-4 days. This will allow us to work together prior to the wedding day to ensure you have a relaxing & memorable day as we handle everything.
We will meet with you prior to the day of, to confirm all wedding details & timelines. We will confirm everything with the resort & vendors to ensure all details are covered. We will supervise the décor set up & assist with the rehearsal the day prior to the wedding. We will oversee that the ceremony & reception run as smoothly as possible.
Package Four - All-Inclusive Package - includes the previous packages but we will be on site for 5 days to assist with all wedding events. We know our couples can lead busy lives so we handle all the details for you! You can be as hands on or off as it suits you!
